Some software applications may want programmatic access to their newsletter exports. This assists with a few niche use cases, such as regular backups or data ingestion (into a data warehouse), or post-publishing processes that hinge on email events.
In general, you probably won't need to use this endpoint unless you absolutely need to use this endpoint.

Tags are a way to organize your subscribers. You can create, update, and delete tags via the API. You can also list all tags for a given newsletter.
Tags don't have any strict functionality on their own, but you can send emails to subscribers with a given tag (or to all subscribers without a given tag.)

How Konfig Works
Konfig collects APIs and automatically generates SDKs so you can focus on building your application.
Konfig maintains the highest quality collection of OpenAPI Specifications on the internet in a GitHub repository
We pull OpenAPI Specifications from public sources, fix any errors, and make sure they pass our lint rules. We continually make sure the repository is up-to-date and collect up-time and response time metrics for every API.

Generates AI-Augmented SDKs from openapi-examples
Our SDK generator is trusted by growing API companies and goes through a rigorous testing process to ensure the generated SDKs are high-quality and easy to use.

Publishes to standard package managers
We publish to standard package managers like npm, PyPI, and Maven so you can easily integrate the SDK into your application.

About Buttondown
Buttondown is a small, elegant tool for producing newsletters. The minimalist interface makes it easy for you to write great emails; the automation acts like the editorial assistant you wish you had, by checking for typos, broken links, or malformed images; the portable subscription widget makes it really easy to grow your audience from wherever you host your site.
